We strive for quality through attention to process and detail. Manual harvesting allows the selection of the best grapes both from the historic vineyards planted more than 60 years ago and from younger ones. Vinification takes place in vats of small capacity, enhancing the characteristics of each vineyard.
The Nizza Docg
The vineyards from which the grapes for our Nizza wines are harvested are located in the heart of the production area. From these are born wines of absolute finesse and elegance, with excellent quality standards that are able to amaze year after year.
The Barberas of Asti
Ruby red colour, great structure, intense hints of cherry and red fruits and an acidity that enhances its freshness. Barbera d’Asti appeared in Monferrato in 1600 and is one of the most representative black grape varieties of Piedmont.
The Reds of Tradition
Grignolino, Freisa and Nebbiolo are grape varieties with centuries of history and symbols of our territory. Small productions treated with care, to bring out all their qualities.
The Metodo Classico
Almost one hundred years after obtaining the first production licence, our family has decided to pick up the threads of the portfolio that has distinguished us in the wine world for generations. Unofficially we were already talking about it, but now we can officially present it to you: our Metodo Classico is out.
The Whites
Vineyards in the areas traditionally best suited for the production of Chardonnay and Cortese, our whites have a long history. Early editions of the Bolaffi catalogues, whose selection was personally overseen by Luigi Veronelli, wrote about these wines.
Sweet Wines
Aromatic, sweet and harmonious. Moscato d’Asti is an aromatic grape of great importance for the Piedmontese wine scene and finds its highest expression in the area south of Nizza Monferrato.
